How long is it guaranteed, and what are the terms of service?
One year promised for all sticro heating pads, and if there is any damage on the product or missing part that should be in the package, we will issue reshipment as soon as possible within 2 days.

The total cord length is 9.5 ft (adapter cord length + hand control cord length).

Am I able to sleep with this on?
No, please do not sleep with our heating pads even if you have set the auto-off timer. Compared with those body warmers, our heating pads feature higher temperature for effective hot therapy. Sleeping with it may increase the risk of being burned.

Is it portable?
No, it's corded thumb brace only powered by DC 12V adapter, can not be portable with power bank.
